ABOUT THE PRODUCTION MANAGER ROLE

La Terre is hiring a Lead Designer & Production Manager to guide the shop’s floral direction and lead the back-of-house with clarity and a true love for the work. This role is a mix of artistry and logistics: designing, mentoring, managing product, and keeping the production floor moving with efficiency and purpose.
